Raspberry Balsamic Chocolate Custard

Ingredients 3 egg yolks 1/4 cup heavy cream 4 ounces dark chocolate 1 tbsp butter dash salt 1 and 3/4 cups heavy cream 2 tbsp good quality raspberry balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract |
Instructions Shave or grate dark chocolate and melt along with heavy cream and butter. In a separate bowl, whisk egg yolks and temper into the chocolate mixture and allow to cool. Whip heavy cream along with powdered sugar, vanilla and balsamic vinegar until fluffy. Slowly fold into the cooled chocolate mixture and refigerate for a few hours. Serve with fresh fruit!
